           Know all men by these presents that I Henry
James of Cambridge, in the County of Middlesex and
and Commonwealth of Massachusets do hereby
Constitute and appoint Garth Wilkinson James of
Gordon in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to be my true Sufficient and lawful attorney
for me, and in my name and for myself to Sell grant
exchange, Convey, lease, Mortgage, Pledge or assign
any or all property real or personal belonging to
me and which now is or at any time hereafter may be
lying or Situate in the said State of Florida, and to
redeem or to foreclose any and all Mortgages of any
property real or personal which now is or at any time
hereafter may be lying or situate in the said State
and to demand levy recover and receive from all and
every persons or person all or any sums or sum of
money, debts, goods, effects, and things found due, owing
payable belonging and coming unto me, by any means,
and ways whatever, and for the purposes aforesaid, I do
hereby grant unto my said attorney full power to execute
and deliver all deeds, bonds, promissory notes and other
instruments, papers, and receipts, whether under seal
