                   Know all men by these presents that I
Thomas J. Myers of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in Consideration of the sum of One thousand dollars to
me in hand paid by Mary A. Myers the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have bargained sold, transferred, aliened,
conveyed and confirmed and do by these presents bargain, sell,
transfer, Alien, Convey and confirm unto the said Mary A. Myers
her heirs and assigns forever, all my right, tittle, interest and property
of in and to a certain tract or parcel of land, Situate lying and
being in the County & State aforesaid, and Known and described
(as follows) in the map of the Arodonda Grant, as part of
Section thirty (30) Township Nine (9) and Range twenty East
and bounded as follows, Commencing at a Certain Stake
on the South West Corner and running East on the South line
to Hogtown Creek, thence up the Creek on the West bank
to a point opposite the half mile stake on the east line,
thence North on the east line to the North east Corner, thence
West on the North line to the North West Corner, thence South
on the West line to the South West Corner, being the point
of beginning reserving however, two Acres of land more or
less, the Same being the ground on which the Meeting House
is built said meeting house in Known and designated as
Antioch Church, containing exclusive of the two Acres
reserved for said Church, five hundred & seventy Acres
of land more or less, together with all and Singular
the right, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there
-unto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have
and to hold the same to her Mary A. Myers her heirs
and assigns forever in fee simple. And I the said
Thomas J. Myers for myself heirs executors and
administrators, the right, tittle and tittle to said
described premises in the said Mary A. Myers
her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns will
forever warrant and defend
  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this the 4th fourth day of January A.D. Eighteen
hundred and Sixty eight
