deed, (to me well known) and acknowledged that

This Indenture, made and entered into this the sixth day of January
Eighteen hundred and sixty eight, between A.H. Cole administrator of
the Estate of George W. Cole deceased of the County of St Johns and State
of Florida party of the first part, and J.M. Sparkman of the County
of Alachua and State aforesaid party of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of sixteen hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed, and do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns, all the following
lots, tracks or parcels of land, situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, and known and distinguished by
United States survey as, the South East quarter of the south west quarter,
the North east quarter of the South east quarter, the South west quarter
of the South west quarter, the North West quarter of the South west quarter
and the North east quarter of the south west quarter, being in section
twenty three Township eight south of Range Twenty one East
containing two hundred acres more or less. Together with all and
singular the rights and members tenements, heriditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the aforesaid bargained premises together with
all and singular the rights members, tenements, heriditaments, and appurtenances
to the same belonging, unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns, to this and their own sole and proper use, benefit and
behoof, and the said party of the first part do hereby covenant
and with the said party of the second part that he as
administrator is lawfuly seized of said premises and
have by authority from the Probate Court of Alachua County
good and lawfull right to sell and convey the same |
