Also the South West quarter of section number Thirty (30) Township
Nine (9) south of Range eighteen (18) East, containing one hundred
fifty nine 70/100 (159 70/100) acres, also the South half of the North East
quarter of section thirty (30) Township Nine Range eighteen (18)
East also all the Stock consisting of Mules, Horses, Cattle and
Sheep, all the farming utensils and mechanical tools on the
above described premises, intending thereby to sell and convey
all my right title and interest in and to the above described
lands and everything appurtenant thereto, said premises being
conveyed subject to three mortgages amounting in all to forty
five hundred dollars ($4500.) which mortgage debts the grantee
agrees in common with other owners of the premises to assume
and pay as his or their own proper debt.
To Have and To Hold, the above granted premises with all
the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging to the
said Follansbee his Heirs and assigns to his and their use and
behoof forever.
And I the said grantor for myself and my Heirs Executors
and Administrator do covenant with the said grantee and his
Heirs and Assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of
the aforesaid premises, that they are free from all incum-
-brances except as aforesaid, that I have good right to
sell and convey the same to the said grantee and his Heirs
and assigns forever as aforesaid, and that I will and
my Heirs, Executors and administrators, shall Warrant and
Defend the same to the said grantee and his Heirs and
Assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons except as aforesaid.
In witness whereof I the said John H. Park and Susan J.
Park my wife who joins me in this conveyance in token of her release
of all right and title of or to both dower and homestead in the
granted premises, have hereunto set our hands and seals this
twenty second day of September in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and sixty eight.
