by the Governor of the State of Florida, to take the acknowledgement
and proof of the execution of deeds and other instruments, in writing, under
seal, to be recorded in said State of Florida, personally appeared
John H. Park and Susan J. Park his wife, to me known to be the
persons described in and who executed and whom names are sub-
-scribed to the annexed Instrument as having executed the same and
severally acknowledged that they have executed the same, to be the
free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein expressed,
but the said Susan J. Park the wife of said John H. Park being
of lawful age, and having been by me separate and apart from
her said Husband examined, and the contents of said Warranty
deed fully made known and explained to her did acknowledge
that she had executed the same the said Warranty deed, and
was made voluntarily and freely, and without compulsion of her
husband constraint apprehension or fear from or of her husband,
and that she does not wish to retract.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the     day
of December             in the year Eighteen hundred &
Sixty Eight between George Gillett of the State of Florida
and County of Alachua of the first part, and David Black
of the same State & County of the second part Witnesseth
that the said George Gillett for and in consideration 
of the sum of One Thousand and Six hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said David Black, the
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and by these
presents give grant, bargain and sell unto the said
David Black his heirs and assigns a certain piece or 
parcel of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State aforesaid, and known and distinguished as
the South West quarter of the South West quarter of
Section Nine (9) Township Ten (10) and Range Twenty two
(22) South and East together with all the privileges and
appurtinances thereunto in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the above granted premises to
the said David Black his heirs and assigns forever
in fee Simple And the said George Gillett will and
