Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the twentieth day of
                    November, Eighteen hundred & Sixty six
between Sarah E. Colson of the State and County above
written administratrix of the Est of Paul C. Colson late of
said State and County deceased party of the first part
and William May of the same place, farmer of the second
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
In and by virtue of an order from the probate Court
and for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred
and eight dollars lawful money of the United States to her
in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said party of the
second part her heirs executors & administrators forever released
and dischared from the same by these presents have granted
bargained sold alienated released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alienated release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever all of that certain tract or
parcel of land situated in the State and County aforesaid
known and described as the West half of North West quarter
of section No (29) Twenty nine in Township seven (7) south of
Range Nineteen (19) East containing Eighty acres more or less
together with all and singular the edifices buildings
rights members priviledges, advantages hereditaments
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof. To have
and to hold the said premises above mentioned and
described and hereby granted and conveyed or intended so
to be, with the appurtinances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns to his their
only proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said
party of the first agrees for herself and heirs to warrant
and defend the above described property against the claim
& claims of all person or persons whatever unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns.
