Alachua County } This Indenture made this tenth day
of January Eighteen hundred & Sixty nine, between James B.
Brown and Anna W. Brown his wife of the first part and
Jane E. Sparks of the Second part, all of said County and
State, Witnesseth: that for and in consideration of the Sum
of One hundred & fifty six dollars and Ninety Cents in
hand paid to James B. Brown of the first part by Janie
E. Sparks of the Second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, James B. Brown does by these presents
grant, bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Janie E.
Sparks her heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever a
Certain parcel of land Known upon map of Public Survey
as South half of Lot number Eleven North West Quarter of
Section five Township ten Range Range Twenty East South
and West less fifteen feet on the respective sides East
South and West for a Street - To have and to hold
the above granted premises to the said Janie E. Sparks
her heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever, And the
Said James B. Brown will and his heirs Executors and
administrators Shall forever warrant and defend said
property against all lawful demands of all persons unto
the said Janie E. Sparks her heirs and assigns
