examined, Separate and apart from her husband
did declare that of her will and accord without
apprehension fear or Compulsion of her husband
She this day renounced and relinquished all claim
interest right or title to the land described and
conveyed by the above deed to Jane E. Sparks for the
consideration of One hundred and fifty six dollars
in hand paid to James B. Brown - In witness where
=of the said Anna W. Sparks hath hereunto Set her
hand and Seal this January Eleventh Eighteen
hundred & Sixty nine

we William H. Fitts and Edgar M. Graham of the County
and State aforesaid, for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Nineteen hundred and Sixty Dollars and 1/100 to them
paid by Mrs E.M. Fitts of the same place, have bargained
Sold, Conveyed and delivered, and by these presents do bargain
Sell Convey and deliver unto the said E.M. Fitts her heirs
