Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents
that I James B. Brown and Anna W. Brown his
wife of Alachua County Florida for and in Consid
eration of the Sum of Five hundred Dollars the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents hath bargained
Sold and Conveyed, and do hereby bargain, Sell
and Convey unto Mary J. Hicks of Alachua County
& State of Florida his heirs Executors and administra
=tors, all that Certain piece or parcel of land Situate
and lying within the lines of the Arredondo Grant
in Alachua County & State of Florida which is
designated on Burr & Washington Map of said
Grant as the Block Twelve less 15 feet round said
block Containing Ten acres including the 15** feet
in Section 5 Township 10 Range 20 Containing Ten
acres, as appears by a Survey made by Wm Perry be
the same more or less together with all right & title
therein, To have and to hold the above described premi
