by the heirs of N. Brush deceased to Burrell Stokes on
the first day of March 1850 and by the said Burrell
Stokes to J.B. Pearson on the 27th day of December 1853
and by the said J.B. Pearson to Hope H. Colson on the
1st day of February 1854 and also the North East quarter
NE1/4 of Section twenty Six Township (9) nine and Range
Nineteen (19) Known as the Turner place, and conveyed by
the said Hope H. Colson to Mrs Mary M. McCaa on the
Seventh day of August 1860 the whole containing Four
hundred & Eighty acres more or less lying and being situated
in the County & State aforesaid, together with all and
Singular, the rights privileges, hereditaments and appur
=tenancies to have and to hold the aforesaid premises to the
said party of the Second part, that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the of the aforesaid premises, that they are free
from all encumbrances, that we have a good right to Sell
and convey the same, to the said party of the Second part as
aforesaid, and that we will, and that our heirs Executors
and administrators, Shall warrant and defend the
same to the said party of the Second part and his heirs &
assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons And for the consideration as aforesaid and
for divers other good and voluntarily considerations I
Mary M. McCaa wife of the said Thomas W. McCaa do
hereby bargain sell, relinquish & quit claim unto the said
James R. Simpson his heirs and assigns, all my right, Claim
or possibility of dower, in or out of the aforesaid premises,
In Witness Whereof we the said Thomas W. McCaa and Mary
M. McCaa his wife have hereunto Set our hands and Seals
this 26th day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred and Sixty four
