             Know all men by these presents that I
James B. McCants of the state of South Carolina, sole
surviving Executor of the last will and testament of the late
John McCracy decd by virtue of the power in me vested
by the will of the said John McCracy for and in consid-
eration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid and
in consideration further of a compromise and settlement of said
Estate of John McCracy by his Executors and Dorcas D.
McCracy have granted bargained sold released and con-
veyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell release and 
convey unto Dorcas D. McCracy her heirs and assigns all that
tract or parcel of land situate and lying in the state of 
Florida and County of Alachua described as follows,
