Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I William J.
Watson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in Consider=
ation of Five hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Ignatus
Griffin of said County and State have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Ignatus Griffin all that certain piece or
parcel of land situate in said County and State Known as the West
half of the South West quarter of section No Eighteen in Township
ten S of Range 18 East containing Eighty acres more or less,
To have and to hold the said described lands unto the said Igna
tus Griffin his heirs, executors and administrators against my heirs
and assigns forever, and I hereby warrant and defend the same
unto the said Ignatus Griffin against myself, my heirs Executors
and administrators and against all persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same
