County of Marion } This Indenture made this sixteenth day of
November AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight between
Mary Kelly of the County and State aforesaid, party of the first
part and Rafaila Wilson of the City of Fernandina and State
aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth: That the said party of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hun-
dred dollars to her in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained, sold, de-
livered, remised granted and conveyed, and by these presents
doth grant bargain, sell, alien, released, remise and convey
unto the said party of the second part all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida known in the United States land office
as the East half of the South West Quarter of section twelve
(12) and the North East quarter of the North West quarter and
the North West quarter of the North East quarter of section
thirteen (13) in township Eight South of Range Eighteen East,
containing one hundred & Sixty acres more or less -
   To have and to hold all and singular the aforesaid prem
ises with the improvements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appurtaining, unto her the said Rafai
la Wilson her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple -
    And the said party of the first part hereby covenants
and agrees that she will forever warrant and defend the said
party of the second part in the peaceable possession of the afore
mentioned and described premises against any and all persons
claiming or to claim the same, by thought or under her-
