Before me personally came on this first day of Decem-
ber A.D. 1868 Lemuel Wilson, who being duly sworn deposes and
sys that he is one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
deed and that he saw the same, signed, sealed and delivered

County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that
I Brulberg Haynes for and in consideration of the sum of one
Dollar in hand paid and in consideration further more of the
love I bear for the cause of Christ, and from an earnest desire to
promote His heritage on earth do give and grant and by these
presents convey unto L.J.A. Brown, Madison R. Beasley & Bolen
Hall Trustees in trust, and their successors, for the Method
ist E. Church South a certain parcel & tract of land located
& situated as follows to wit Two acres of land situated in the
North West Corner of the North west quarter of Section 29 Town
ship (7) seven, Range 22 twenty S & E
   The said trustees and their successors to hold in trust
forever said land above described for the purpose of Church or
Church purposes, as a place of religious worship of the aforesaid
Methodist Episcopal Church South, free from the claim or
claims of myself, my heirs, my executors or administrators,
and from the claims of all others whatsoever
   In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my seal and hand
this the date and day above - south in tenth line and hand in-
terlined the last line but on & before signing and sealing -
