County of Alachua } Know all men by these that I Rich-
ard Bennett of the County and State aforesaid party of the
first part for and in consideration of the natural love and af
fection I have and entertain my wife Rosa Bennett party of the
second part of the said County and State as well as for the sum
of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid at and before
the surrendering and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have given, granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do give bargain and sell
unto the said Rosa Bennett, all of the personal property
of which I am now possessed to wit - one sorrel horse one
