Alachua County   } By virtue of a decree in Chancery granted
by the Honorable Jesse H. Goss, Judge of the Circuit Court, in and
for said County, at Chambers, in Gainesville, on the 28th January
1869, at the suit of James R. Sanchez, Complainant, against Thomas
W. McCaa, Defendant, for specific performance of contract of sale
of a lot and tenement hereinafter described: This Indenture
Witnesseth, That I, P. Henry Young, Master in Chancery of said
Circuit Court, have given, granted, sold and conveyed, and by
these presents do give, grant, sell and convey, unto James R.
Sanchez, (the consideration therefor being confessed to have been
received by the said Thomas W. McCaa, as by said Decree appears
the following described property, to wit, a certain tenement or
office and the parcel of ground, or lot, on which the same
stands, being parcel of Block Three (3) in Range Two (2) Lot Two (2)
