            This Indenture made this the Sixteenth
day of January AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty four
between James Pendarvis and Nancy his wife of the
County of Alachua State of Florida parties of the first
part and Samuel B. McLin of the same place party of 
the second part, Witnesseth That the parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Twenty dollars to him in hand paid at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant and convey unto the
said party of the second part that certain piece or 
parcel of Land lying adjoining the Town of Newnans
=ville in front & East of L.B. McLin's Lot and dwelling
and adjoining said McLins lot, with the following
boundaries On the West by McLins lot on the North by
the Lake City road leading from the Town of Newnansville
and on the East by a d**** or small branch and as
far south as McLins House & Kitchen yard extends
containing one acre more or less - To Have and to 
Hold to the said party of the second part, his heirs
