of the Peace of aforesaid County, Mrs. A.W. Brown wife of James B. Brown
who being duly examined separate and apart from her husband ac-
knowledged under her hand and seal that this relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower in above described lot of land is made freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from, her said husband.

County of Alachua } This Indenture made this 25 day of Jany
Eighteen hundred and sixty nine between James B. Brown of the first
Part and Stephen Chisolm party of the second part -
Witnesseth that the said James B. Brown and Ann W. Brown his
wife parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand paid before the delivery hereof hast
bargain and sold and by these presents doth bargain grant sell and
convey to the said Stephen Chisolm his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain piece or parcel of Land lying and being in said county
and known and ascribed as the South half Lot (15) fifteen, section five
(5) Township Ten (10) Range (20) Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appertenances and all the estate title
and interest of the said party of the first part therein named, To have
and to hold the same unto the said party of the same unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
  And the said party of the first part doth hereby warrant and de
fend the above granted premises in the quiet and peacable possession of
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever -
