and for said County, personally appeared Anna W. Brown, wife of
James B. Brown who being duly examined by me seperate and apart 
       said 
from her^husband said acknowledged under her hand and seal
that this relinquishment of Dower and renunciation of Dower in
the above described land, is made freely and voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said hus-

 County of Alachua } This Indenture made this the Twenty fifth day
of Jany Eighteen hundred and sixty nine between James B. Brown
and Anna W. Brown of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and Thomas Anderson of the same County and State
Witnesseth that the said James Brown and Anna W. Brown party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hun=
dred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid before the delivery hereof
hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bar=
gain, sell and convey to the said Thomas Anderson his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in said County and State aforesaid being North half
of Lot Eleven (11) of Section five (5) Township Ten (10) Range
(20) together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appertenances and the Estate title and interest of the said
party of the first part therein named To have and to hold the
same unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever.
   And the said party of the first part doth hereby warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
