                       This Indenture made this the
25th day of January Eighteen hundred and Sixty nine
between James B. Brown of the first part and Stephen
Chisolm party of the Second part Witnsseth that
the said James B. Brown and Anna W. Brown his
wife parties of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand
paid, before the delivery hereof hath bargained and
Sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain
Sell and Convey to the said Stephen Chisolm his
heirs and assigns forever All that Certain piece or
or parcel of Land lying and being in said County
and State Known and described as the South half
lot (15) fifteen Section five (5) Township Ten (10) Range
Twenty (20) Together with all and Singular the
Tenements, hereditaments and appurtinances and all
the Estate, title and interest of the said party of the
first part therein named - To Have and to hold the
Same unto the said party of the Second part his heirs
