we George W. Watlington and William L. Finger of said County
and State for and in Consideration of the sum of Two
hundred $200 Dollars to us in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged by John R. Hague of said
County have bargained, Sold, aliened, remised released
transferred, Conveyed and Confirmed, and do by these presents
bargain, Sell, Alien, remise, release, transfer, Convey and
Confirm unto said John R. Hague his heirs and assigns
all and each of our right title interest and property jointly
and Severally individually and as partners, of in and to a
Certain tract or parcel of land Situate and lying in the Town
of Gainesville in said County and State and Known & described
as beginning at the South West Corner of the lot where A.T. Banks
resides on the Street running from the Depot to Gainesville thence
North Sixty feet thence east two hundred feet, thence South Sixty
feet, thence West two hundred feet to the place of beginning contain
=ing twelve hundred (1200) Square feet more or less bounded
on the North by J.H. Ropers lot, on the East by the Street runn
=ing between said lot and S.P. Bevills lot on the west
by the Street running between said lot and J.H. Roper
Oak Hall lot together with all and Singular the
tenements, hereditaments, and appurtinances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining - To have and
to hold the said described premises to him the said
John R. Hague his heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple
and We the said Watlington, and Finger jointly and
Severally for ourselves our heirs Executors and adminis
=trators, the right & title to said described premises in
the said John R. Hague his heirs and assigns will for
ever warrant & defend -- In testimony whereof we and
each of us have hereunto Set our hands and Seals
