February AD Eighteen hundred and Sixty nine, between James
Beattie of the County and State aforesaid of the first part
and May Ann Johnson of the same place of the second
part.  Witnesseth that the said James Beattie for and
in consideration of the sum of four dollars to him in hand
paid as and before the Sealing and delivering of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted
bargained sold aliened & conveyed and doth by these presents
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Mary Ann Johnson
her heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land, situate
being and lying in the County and State aforesaid to wit: South
