This Indenture made this 9th day of February AD 1869 between
Samuel C. Tucker of the County of Alachua State of Flori
da of the first part and Thadeus Foster of the County of
Alachua State of Florida
      Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten hundred dol. lawful
money of the United States to him in hand paid the re
ceipts whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold
and by these presents doth grant and convey to the party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever All that certain part
or parcel of land lying and being in the town of Gainesville Al
achua County and State of Florida and which is known and
described as follows, Block No 2 Range 7 according to the survey
of the Town of Gainesville aforesaid made by O'Conner Surveyor, and
dated AD 1857,  Containing in all one acre of land more less to
gether with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances and all the estate title and interest of the said party
of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree with the said
party of the first part is the lawful owner of the premises above
granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that I will warrant
