This indenture made the sixth day November in the year one
thousand eight hundred and sixty seven between James M. Sparkman
and his wife Sinah Sparkman of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part, and Martha Ennis of the same place of
the second part.
           Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of eight Thousand dollars lawful money
of the United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the sec-
ond part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents and
the said party of the first part, his heirs executors and admini-
istrators, forever released and discharged from the same by these 
presents have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, releas-
ed conveyed and confirmed and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell, al-
ien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract
or parcel of land known and described on the Aradondo tract or
grant as section No Eight and section seventeen Township No 9 nine
in range No Twenty one containing twelve hundred and eighty
acres and forty one hundredths of an acre, together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
there unto belonging or in any wise appurtaining, and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders, rent issues and
profits there of to and also all the estate rights, title, interest, dower
and right of dowers property possession claim and demands whatso
ever.  As well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances to have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenance unto the said party of the sec-
ond part his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use benef
it and behoof forever.
      And the said James M. Sparkman and his wife Sinah Spark-
man for themselves their heirs executors and administrators doth
covenant grant and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that the said James M. Sparkman and
his wife Sinah Sparkman at the time of the sealing and delivery
of these presents was lawfully seized in their own rights of good
absolute and indefeasable estate of inheritance in fee simple of
and in all and singular the above granted and described prem-
ise with the appurtenances and has good right full power and
lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey the same
in manner a foresaid and that the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, shall and may at all times hereafter
peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the
above granted premises, and every part and parcel there of with the appur
tenances, without any let suit trouble molestation expulsion or disturbance
