of the said parties of the first part, their heirs or assigns or of any
other person or persons, lawfully claiming or to claim the same, and that
the same now are free clear discharged and unencumbered of and from
all former and other grants, titles charges estate Judgements taxes as-
sessments and encumbrances of what nature or kind soever, encumb
rances of what, nature or kind soever, and also that the said par
ties of the first part, and their heirs and all and every person or per=
sons who soever lawfully or equitable deriving any estate right, title
or interest, of in, or to the hereinbefore granted premises, by from un
der or in trust for them or either of them shall and will at any time
or times hereafter upon the reasonable requests and at the proper costs and
charges in the law of the said party of of the second part his heirs
and assigns, make do, and executuate or came to be made done
and executed all and every such further and other lawful and
reasonable acts, conveyances and assurances in the law, for the
better and more effectually vesting and confirming the premises hereby
granted or so intended to be, in and to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever as by the said party of the second
part his heirs or assigns his or their counsel learned in the law
shall be reasonably advised or required and the said James M. Spark
man and his wife Sinah Sparkman and their heirs, The
above described and hereby granted and released premises and every
part and parcel there of with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns against the
said parties of the first part and their heirs and against
all and every person and persons whom soever lawfully claim=
ing or to claim the same Shall and will warrant and by these
pesents forever defend

Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of the
Peace in and for said County and State personally came
James M. Sparkman and Sinah Sparkman his wife and
severally acknowledged that they signed the foregoing Deed for
the purposes there set forth contained and the said Sinah
Sparkman being examined by me separately and apart from
her Said Husband declares that she signed the same free
and voluntarily and without any fear of compulsion of or
from her said husband in testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 6" day of November 1867
