presents doth grant bargain sell convey and confirm
unto the said Mary A. Ellis her heirs executors ad-
ministrators and assigns forever all and singular that
certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of
Newnansville in the County and State afore said Known
and described as follows (To wit.) Lots number five and
six (5&6) of Block number three (3) together with all and
singular the tenements heriditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and the reversion remainders rents
issues and proffits thereof and all of the estate title and
and interest of the said W. Wash Scott to the said
premises or any part thereof

 Know all men by these presents that I
       Wife of the grantor of the foregoing Deed for and in
consideration of the premises in the said deed recited
and for the further consideration of one Dollar to me in hand
paid by the said              the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have remised released and relinquished unto
the said                  all my right claim or equity of
Dower in and to the premises in said deed mentioned
and conveyed as fully and absolutely as I might or could
do the same.   Witness my hand and seal this
