This Indenture made this the first
day of October in the year One thousand Eight hun
=dred and Sixty Eight between Henry B. Hague of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the one
part and Elizabeth Varnadore wife of Leonard
Varnadore of the other part. Witnesseth that the
Said Hague as well for and in Consideration of
the natural love and affection which he the said Hague
hath and beareth unto and toward the said Elizabeth
Varnadore, as for the better Maintainance, Support, and
livelihood of him, the said Hague has given, granted
aliened, enfeoffed, and Confirmed, and by these
presence doth, give, grant, alien, Enfeoff, and Confirm
unto the said Elizabeth Varnadore her heirs and assigns
One large Bay Horse about Six years Old, and better
known by the name of Bell Emory, the peaceable and
quiet possession the said Elizabeth Varnadore
Shall be entitled to thereof together with the issues, and
profits, thereof, and all the Estate, right, title interest
property, Claim, and demand whatsoever, of him
the said Hague of in and to the Said Horse, with
