Have and to hold, the said Horse, with all and
Singular, the issues and profits hereby granted, and
Confirmed, or mentioned or intended so to be, with, their
and every of their issues, and profits, unto the said Elizabeth
Varnadore, her heirs and assigns, to her and their Sole use
and behoof forever - And the said Hague for himself
his heirs Executors, and administrators doth Covenant, and
agree to and with the said Elizabeth Varnadore her heirs
and assigns by these presents, that he, the said Hague
his heirs and assigns Shall and May lawfully from time
to time, and at all times, hereafter, peaceably and quietly
have hold, use, Occupy, possess, and enjoy the said Horse
hereby granted and Confirmed or Mentioned or intended
So to be, with the issues and profits to each and all
belonging free clear and fully discharged or well and
Sufficiently Kept harmless and undiminished from and
against all former and other gifts, grants, bargained
Sales, Jointures, dowers, and Estates, and of, from, and
against all former and other titles, troubles, Charges
and incumbrances, whatsoever, had done or made or
Supposed So to be, by him, the said Hague his heirs or
assigns or any other person or persons lawfully claiming
or to claim by from or under him, them or any of them
