Witnesseth: that the Said Wasson hereby Contracts
and agrees to lease, rent and deliver the possession of
Certain premises to wit; the Store room, and the two rooms
in the rear of the Same in the lower Story of the building
owned and occupied by said Wasson and Situate on
that lot piece or parcel of land in the Town of Gainesville
and Known on the Map of the Survey of said Town in
the Northern portion of Lot number One Block three of Range
two to the said Davidson for the Space and time of
Six months from the first day of January next for and in
Consideration of the premises, and agreement of said Davidson to
pay to said Wasson at the end of every Month from the
time last aforesaid the Sum of Thirty five Dollars ($3500
per month, and the said Davidson in Consideration of
the premises aforesaid Covenants, Contracts, and agrees
to pay to said Wasson the Said Thirty five Dollars per
Month for the lease and rent and occupation of said
premises aforesaid, Signed, sealed and delivered in
duplicate this the 28th day of December AD 1868

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on this 20th
day of February AD 1869 Before me personally came James
Beattie to me well Known and acknowledged that
he witnessed the Signing of the foregoing instrument
of writing and that the same was Signed by the said
C.C. Davidson and R.B. Wasson for the purposes therein

Alachua County   } This Agreement made this the 24th day
of January AD 1868 between E. & S.J. Bauknight of the State
and County aforesaid of the one part and E.L. Smith of the
other part, Witnesseth, That the Said E. & S.J. Bauknight as
aforesaid, promise and agree to furnish from their Store
in Micanopy Such goods as they may have in hand and
which the said E.L. Smith party of the Second part may
need to enable him to make a Crop the present year, The
Said goods or Supplies are to be furnished at a reason
=able rate or price, That the Said E.L. Smith party of the
second part, in Consideration of the said promise an agree
=ment of the said E. & S.J. Bauknight do hereby promise and agree
