and by this agreement bind himself his heirs executors
and assigns to its faithful performance Viz That he will
deliver or assign a Sufficient quantity of Ginned Cotton
as soon as ginned unto the said E. & S. Bauknight as
aforesaid his heirs assigns to Satisfy or Secure the payment to
them of all such demands or Claims as may have accrued
against them for goods or supplies furnished him during
the present year to enable him to make a crop as aforesaid
He further promises that at the expiration of each three
Months or quarterly from the date above he will pay interest
on the amount of each quarterly period to the end of the
year, or untill final Settlements or payment For and in
Consideration of such Supplies or goods furnished as
aforesaid, he hereby gives a lien upon his whole crop of
Cotton made or which shall be made the present year
untill the Said E. and Sy Bauknights claim as aforesaid
Shall be satisfied or paid - In witness whereof he E.L.
