In consideration of the premises, said deed receipted and in

do hereby renounce, and relinquish, and release unto the said
William Henry Davis, my right claim or equity of
Dower, in all the premises described in this deed aforesaid
as fully as I could or might do the same. Witness my hand

This Indenture made and entered into on this the
Thirty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Sixty Eight between James T. Soutter of the City
of New York, and John McRae of the City of Wilmington, Trustees,
duly appointed by the Florida Rail Road Company, parties of
the first part, and Ideler Kennard of the town of Waldo, Florida
party of the second part, Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in consider

paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained
sold transferred; and do by these presents, give grant alien bargain
Sell transfer and convey unto said party of the second part all
that certain tract or parcel of land lying being and situate
in the State of Florida aforesaid and known as the North west
quarter of the south west quarter of section Thirteen in Township
Eight South and Range Twenty one East containing 40 acres
