and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs, as their
absolute property in fee simple forever And the said parties of the
first part, for themselves and successors, as Trustees as aforesaid, and
for the said Florida Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming
by, through, or under them, or either of them, do covenant and agree,
that they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the
above premises, and that they have good right to convey the same
as they have conveyed the same free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description,
and that the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming the same, and
that they will at any and at all times make such further cov-
enants, conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said part
-y of the Second part as the said party of the second part, her
heirs or assigns, or counsel learned in the law, may require.
