This Indenture made, and entered into on this the third day
of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred 
and 68 between James T. Soutter, of the City of New York, and John 
McRae of the City of Wilmington, Trustees, duly appointed by the 
Florida Rail Road Company, parties of the first part and 
P.W.W. Sparkman party of the second part Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in consider
=ation of the sum of One hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by 
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
-knowledged, have given, granted, aliened, bargained, sold transf
and do by these presents give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, 
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part 
Two acres of land lying and being in the County of 
Alachua State of Florida and bounded and described as
follows, to wit: One acre on the South East of and lying on the
Florida Railroad at the intersection of the County Road, near
the town of Waldo being bounded on the North and North
West by said Railroad on the North East, East, South East
and South by the County road and on the west and
South west by lands owned by said parties of the first
part, being divided from same by an imaginary line
running at right angles with said Railroad, at a suffic
=ient distance from said intersection of County and
Raid road to embrace the aforesaid acres, Also, one
Acre, adjoining above described acre, lying on the North
west side of said Railroad and running from the
said intersection of County and Railroad, in a northerly
direction 210 feet and from thence in a southwesterly direction
210 ft and from thence in a southernly direction 210 feet con
-necting with above first described imaginary line describing
the west and South westernly boundary of the first described acre
Both of which said acres ly in the north half of section twenty
three, Township Eight South of Range twenty one East To have 
and To hold the above described premises together with all and 
singular the rights and privileges immunities, easements and appur
tenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto said party of 
the second part and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple 
forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves 
and successors, as trustees as aforesaid, and for the said 
Florida Railroad Company, and for all others claiming 
by, through, or under them, or either of them, do covenant 
and agree, that they are seized of a good and indefeasible 
fee simple to the above premises and that they have good 
right to convey the same as they have conveyed the same 
free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens 
of any and every description; and that the said party of 
the second part, his heirs and assigns shall quietly and 
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all
