 This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 
sixty five between William W. Scott of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and M. Jane R. Scott
                      of the second part, Witnesseth
that the said William W. Scott for and in consideration
of the sum of Two thousand Dollars lawful money of
the United States to him in hand paid by the
said M. Jane R. Scott the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and
by these presents doth grant bargain sell convey and
confirm unto the said M. Jane R. Scott heirs and 
assigns forever all and singular that certain tract
peice or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and described as follows to wit, the south half and
North East quarter of North East quarter, East half and
north west quarter of south west quarter and south
East quarter of section number Thirteen (13) North East
quarter North half of North West quarter and North half
of South East quarter of Section number Twenty four (24)
in Township Number seven South of Range number
Eighteen (18) East, and west half of North west quarter of
Section Number Nineteen (19) in Township number seven (7)
South of Range number nineteen (19) East containing Eight
hundred acres more or less, Together with all and singular
the tenements heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the reversion
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all of
the estate right title and interest of the said Wm W. Scott to
the said premises or any part thereof. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
29th day of December A.D. 1865.
