Know All men by these presents, that
I Jane A. Clark of Alachua Con State of Florida in consideration
of Three hundred Dollars $30000 to me paid by Horatio Jenkins
Jr and Leonard G. Dennis of Gordon in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged)
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Jenkins & Dennis, their heirs and assigns, a certain parcel
of land situated in said County and described as follows, Viz: the
SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sec 5 T.8 R 20 E, with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereto belonging, to have & to hold the afore
granted premises to the said Jenkins & Dennis their heirs and
assigns, to their use and behoof forever; & I the said Jane
A. Clark for myself and my heirs, executors & administrators
do covenant with the said Jenkins & Dennis their heirs & as-
signs that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the afore
granted premises, that I have good right to sell and convey the
same to the said Jenkins & Dennis as aforesaid, & that I will
and my heirs and executors & administrators shall warrant
$.50 US I.R. and defend the same to the said Jenkins and Dennis their heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons.
In witness whereof, I the said Jane A. Clark have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 24" day of September A.D.
