                     Know all men by these presents that I Mar-
tha B. Wilson of Alachua County in the State of Florida in con=
sideration of five hundred dollars to me paid by Horatio Jenkins
and Leonard G. Dennis of Gordon in the County of Alachua and 
State of Florida-the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged-do hereby 
give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Jenkins & Dennis
their heirs and assigns, certain parcels of land situated in said County 
and described as follows, to wit: The North half of lots Eleven and
twelve and lot No three Section six Township Eight South Range
twenty east with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto be-
longing to have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the said 
Jenkins and Dennis their heirs and assigns to their use and 
behoof forever and I the said Martha B. Wilson for myself and my 
heirs Executors and administrators do covenant with the said Jen=
kins and Dennis their heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized 
in fee Simple of the aforegranted premises that I have good right to 
sell and convey the same to the said Jenkins & Dennis their heirs and
assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons-In Witness Whereof I the said Martha B. Wilson have here=
unto set my hand and seal this 8" day of December A.D. 1866
