This Indenture made the twentieth day of January in the
year of one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine between
Jenkins and Dennis of Alachua Co State of Florida of the first
part and Garth W. James of the said County and State of
the second part Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand Dollars
lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and de-
livery of these presents, the receipts whereof is hereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, and the said party of the second part his heirs, executors and
administrators, forever released and discharged from the same, by the
presents, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, releas-
ed, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm, unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever, All that certain piece or parcels of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida and which is
known and described as follows to wit: The S1/2 of Sect 32 Town
ship 7 Range 20 E, The NW1/4 of the NE1/4 and the N1/2 of the
NW1/4 Sect. 5 Lots No 1 & N1/2 of lot No. 2 Sect. 6 Township 8 S.R 20
E. being the lands conveyed by deed from H.B. Scott to Jenkins &
Dennis The NE1/4 of the NE1/4 and SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of sect 5.
T.8. S.R. 20 E being lands conveyed by deed by James Bevill to Jen-
kins and Dennis The SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sect 5 T.8. S.R. 20 E. being the
lands conveyed by Jane A. Clark to said Jenkins & Dennis, The
N1/2 of Lots No. 11 & 12 and lot No. 3 of Sect 6 township 8, S.R. 20 E. being the
lands conveyed by Martha B. Wilson to Jenkins & Dennis, The NW1/4 of the
SE1/4 of Sect 5 T.8. S.R. 20 E, being land conveyed by deed by James More
to said Jenkins & Dennis together with four horses, 2 cows & calves, and
all corn, produce of whatsoever nature on the premises, all waggons and
tools & certain articles of house hold furniture as described in bill of
sale given on this day & year above written-
  Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and app-
urtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the
reversion and reversion, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof: And also, all the estate, right, title, interest, lien prop-
erty, possession claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity
of the said parties of the first part, of, in and to the same, and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances, To have and to hold the above
granted, bargained and described premises, with the appurtenances, unto 
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, to his own
proper use, benefit and behoof forever and the said Jenkins & Dennis
for there heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that the said Jen
kins & Dennis at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents,
were lawfully seized in the possession of a good, absolute and inde-
feasable estate of inheritance, in fee simple of and in all and
