Know all men by these presents that I
Wife of the grantor of the foregoing deed for and in
consideration of the premises in said deed recited
and for the further consideration of one dollar to me in
hand paid by the said the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have remised and
relinquished unto the said all of my
right claim or equity of Dower in and to the premises in
said deed mentioned and conveyed as fully and absolutely
as I might or could do the same

This Deed made this twenty first day of January
in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven
between Charles W. Brush of Baltimore City in the State of
Maryland, Executor of the last will and Testament of
Nehemiah Brush late of New York, deceased and James
T. Thomas of Alachua County in the State of Florida
Whereas the said Nehemiah Brush departed this
life leaving a last will and testament bearing date
the 10th day of March 1843 which will has been
duly proven and is now of Record in the office
of the Clerk of Alachua County Florida, and whereas
the said Charles W. Brush the only surviving
Executor in said Will named by the virtue of the
power and authority vested in him therein hath
sold to the said Thomas the land and premises
hereinafter described for the sum of Four hundred |
