second part his heirs and assigns forever all the following property 
to wit: The east half of the South west quarter if section three, Town
  South of Range eighteen East containing about seventy nine acres and a half 
ship eight^together with all the rights titles and interest of which
the said George H. Sharper had in the said property jointly and 
severally, And the same to hold as fully as I the said Sheriff 
as aforesaid under said writ might could or ought to convey the

  Know all men by these Presents, That the Trustees of the In
ternal Improvement Fund under an Act of the General Assem
of the State of Florida, entitled "An Act to provide for and en-
courage a liberal system of Internal Improvement in this State" ap-
proved January 6th 1855, for and in consideration of the sum of fifty
cents per Acre, to them in hand paid by Lewis J. Fleming
of the County of   State of Florida have granted, bargained
sold, and do by these pesents grant, bargain, sell, and convey
unto the said Lewis J. Fleming and his Heirs and assigns
