This Indenture made this the 11th day of March
1869 Between Ransom Cason of the State of Florida
& County of Alachua of the first part and W.K. Boston
of the same place of the Second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part, for and in
Consideration of the Sum One hundred Dollars
lawful Money in hand paid by the party of the Second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted, bargained & Sold & by these presents doth
grant, bargain & Sell unto the party of the Second part
his heirs & assigns the SE1/4 of SE1/4 of Section Six
Township 7 Range 19 Containing 40 acres & lying & being
in said State & County, also one Sorrel Colt about Three
years old, This grant is intended as Security for the
payment of a note given to W.R. Boston dated 11th of March
1869 and due 1st January 1870 for one hundred dollars
which payment if well & truly made will render this grant
