terest in the lands above described and full right to upper Story
of said building as above described, and the one half interest as above
described in the estate, title and interest of the said party of the
first part therein, And the said party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree with the said party of the second part,
that at the time of the delivery hereof, the said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted and there-
of in fee simple absolute, And that he will warrant and defend the
above granted premises as herein specified in the quiet and peace
able possession of the party of the second part, his heirs and as-
signs forever.

Alachua County   } 
                      This Indenture made this the
 1st day of March AD 1869 by George L. Barnes Sheriff 
of said County of the first part, and Miss Jane Scott
of Alachua County of the Second part, Witnesseth
by Virtue of a writ of Execution issued out of the 
Circuit Court of Alachua County and to the Said 
Sheriff directed, and delivered he was Commanded 
that of the goods and chattles lands tenements 
of James Bevill he cause to be made the Sum of One
Hundred and Ninety and twenty two One hundredths dollars 
($190.22) and the costs, which Elias Earl and W.A.
Parker partners using the name Style and firm of
Earl & Parker on the 11th day of May 1857 recovered in 
said Court for said County against the said James
Bevill, and whereas the said Sheriff by Virtue of said
