and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixteen hundred
and Sixty dollars paid at and before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ackn
=owledged hath bargained, Sold, and Conveyed, and by
these presents doth bargain, Sell and Convey unto the
Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, all
the following described pieces or parcels of Land, Situate
lying and being in the State and County aforesaid. To
wit the E1/2 of NE1/4 quarter and the SE1/4 and the NW1/4
and NW1/4 the SW1/4 all in Section 15 Township 8 Range
20 Containing in the Whole four hundred and forty acres
more or less, To Have and to hold said described premises
with all and Singular the rights privileges hereditaments
and appurtinances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining to the said party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns forever in fee Simple, and the said party of the
first part for himself his heirs and assigns said bargained
premises, shall and will warrant and defend from and
against him and themselves and against the claim of
all other persons whatsoever - In Witness whereof the said
party of the first part hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal
the day and year above written
