Alachua County   } Personally appeared Mrs A.P. Hickson, who
being upon an examination had separate and apart from
her husband E.P. Hickson acknowledged that she signed the
above Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing her right
of Dower to the premises conveyed therein & that she did so free
ly and voluntarily without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
    In testimony whereof the said Mrs A.P. Hickson has hereunto
set her hand and seal this 24" day of March 1869 -

This Indenture made this Fourth day of April A.D. 1868
between George R. Fairbanks University Place Franklin
County Tennessee party of the first Part and Jacob E. Robin
son of Alachua County State of Florida Witnesseth That said
party of the first part in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid
Hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bar
grant and convey unto the said parties of the second part all
the following described premises, to wit the south East
quarter of the North East quarter of section 33 Thirty three
Township (6) six S. Range 18 East in the County of Al=
achua and State of Florida being part of a Grant made
by the special Government to Francis P. Sanchez containing forty
acres = To have and to hold the premises above described to him
the said Jacob E. Robinson his heirs and assigns forever and
