aforesaid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, alien and convey, and
by these presents have given, granted, bargained, sold
aliened, and conveyed unto the said William T. Dell his
heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land, situate
lying and being in the Town of Newnansville, State & County
aforesaid, and known in the plat of said Town as a part
of Block number four (4) and Range No two (2) commencing
and running East Seventy five feet North One hundred & seventy
five feet; West Seventy five feet and South One hundred & Seventy
five feet to place of Commencement; Also a part of Lot number
Six (6) of the aforesaid Block No four (4) and Range number
two (2) Commencing at the South West corner and running
along the Western boundary of said Lot two hundred & ten
(210) feet to the North West corner of said Lot; thence East
along northern boundary of said Lot Twenty six and one quarter
(26 1/4) feet; thence South two hundred and ten feet (210) to
Southern boundary of said Lot; thence West twenty six and
one quarter (26 1/4) feet along Southern boundary of said
Lot to the point of beginning, with all the privileges and
appurtinances thereunto belonging. To Have and to hold
the aforegranted premises to the said William T. Dell his
heirs and assigns to his and their use and behoof forever
And I the said James A. Williams for myself my heirs
Executors and administrators do covenant with the said
                his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully
seized in fee simple of the afore granted premises, that they
are free from all incumbrances, that I have a good
right to sell and convey the same to the said William T. Dell
his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid; and that I will
and my heirs Executors and administrators, shall warrant
and defend the same to the said William T. Dell his heirs and
assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons - In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this the 6th day of Oct AD 1866
