interests which I have or may have in the growing crops
on the plantation recently occupied by Isaac Hutto and
now resided upon by the said William Standley To have and
to hold the said described property with all my right title

State of Florida } This Indenture made this the 22nd day of
Alachua County } March 1869 between Stephen McCall of the first
part & Charles P. Crawford of the Second part both of said
County witnesseth that said McCall for & in consideration of
the sum of one hundred dollars & for divers other good & valid
considerations hath this day granted sold & conveyed to said
C.P. Crawford a certain parcel of land comprising about
four hundred acres & situated in said County known in
the United States surveys as the east half of section twenty
five Township 9 range 19 containing three hundred and
nineteen acres more or less the same being the Identical
lands described in a certain deed executed on the 16th of
March 1868 by the Tax Collector of Alachua County to said
McCall. To have and to hold said granted premises to said C.
P. Crawford in trust & to & for the uses intents & purposes hereinafter
set forth to wit first to deliver & secure to James E. Whaley & his
wife Jessie R. Whaley for their natural lives the posession oc=
upancy & enjoyment of said premises without account or liability
therefor it being the intent however that neither said premises
nor the rents & issues thereof shall be liable for the debts of
said James E. or Jessie R. Whaley but these shall be held for
the maintenance of their children Secondly, in trust to convey
a fee simple title to said premises to such of the children
of Said James E. & Jessie R. Whaley (wether now living or yet to be born)
as shall survive them it being the true intent & purpose of this
