instrument to secure the property in said lands to said
children whilst the present use & occupancy thereof shall
be in said parents for the benefit of said children wherefor
in default of conveyance by said C.P. Crawford to said
surviving children then this instrument shall itself operate
as a conveyance to them in remainder after life estate

This Indenture made the 24th day of December One
thousand Eight hundred & sixty Eight between David A.
Fryer and Margaret Fryer his wife of the County of
Alachua State of Florida of the first part and Kate
A. Weed of the County and State aforesaid of the second
part; Witnesseth That the Said Parties of the first
part for and inconsideration of the sum of Eight
hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these
presents doth bargain and sell unto the said Party
of the second part, two Acres of land being a part of
the following tract to wit: Lots no's Seven and Eight lying
near the town of Newnansville containing in all Twenty
(20) acres: said tract being a part of the east half of
the South West Quarter Section Eleven Township Eight
Range Eighteen Said two acres Known and described
