sold delivered and conveyed and by these presents give grant
bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever the following
lot, plot, or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and Known and distinguished
by the surveys of this date made as forty acres of land including
the spring in Section sixteen Township Nine South of Range twenty
East commencing to run from a stake twenty nine chains due
north from the south East corner of said section from thence
running due west ten chains from thence due north forty chaines
from thence due East ten chaines from thence running due South
forty chains to the beginning on the north line of said section ma=
King forty acres more or less. Together with all and singular the
rights and members tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and
to hold the aforesaid bargained premises together with all and
singular the rights members tenements hereditaments and app=
urtenances to the same belonging unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever in Fee simple And the said party
of the first part for himself his heirs Executors and administrators
doth hereby covenant with the said party of the second part
his heirs & assigns that he is lawfully seized of said premises
as of fee and hath good & lawful right to give and sell and convey
the same and that he will and his heirs Executors and ad=
ministrators shall forever warrant and defend the title to said
premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs
his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of any and all
lawfully claiming or to Claim the same by virtue of these presents

That I Isabella S. Strickland wife of William Strick
land within named for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar to me in hand paid by George Mundy at
and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents have
remised released and forever quit claimed and do by these
presents remise released and forever quit claim unto the said
George Munday and to his heirs and assigns all and all manner
of dower and other interest right or title whatever which I the
said Isabella S. Strickland now have may might should or by
right ought to have or claim of in to or out of the within described
premises and every part and parcel thereof and I the said Isabella
S. Strickland do hereby acknowledge and declare that I fully
and voluntarily renounce and relinquish all my dower and right
