Alachua County   } April Eighteen hundred and sixty nine
came before me Isabella S. Strickland wife of William Strickland
who executed the foregoing conveyance and relinquishment of dower
and acknowledged the same to be her free act and deed for the
purposes therein expressed And the said Isabella S. Strickland
being further examined separate and apart from her said
husband did also acknowledge that she freely and volun-
tarily relinquished and renounced all her dower and
right and title of Dower in and to the premises des=
cribed without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband the said William
Strickland Given under my hand at Gainesville in said
County the day and year aforesaid

  This Indenture made the twenty sixth day (26th) of
November in the year of one thousand eight hundred &
Sixty eight between Charles C. Seyle of the City of Charles
ton State of South Carolina & Margaret J. his wife parties
of the first part & Kate M. Mosely of the County of Putnam
& State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for & in consideration
of the sum of Six hundred dollars lawful money of the
United States to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing & delivery of these
presents the reciepts whereof is hereby acknowledged and
the said party of the second part her heirs executors
& administrators forever released & discharged from the
same by these presents, have granted bargained sold
