This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of January
in the year one thousand Eight hundred and sixty seven
between Washington E. Stroble  Mary K. Stroble his wife of
the County of alachua State of Florida of the first part
and Philip Dell of the same County and State of the
second part.   Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part in consideration of the sum of of two thousand 
($200000) dollars to them in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained
sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant
bargain sell and convey to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns, all their right title and interest
comprising one third part of all the Lands belonging to
the estate of the late Dr. James G. Dell of St. Johns County
         Said
Florida. ^ lands being situated in the County of Alachua
aforesaid and Known and described as follows, to wit
  The south west quarter section No 27 South East
quarter Sec No 28. The North East quarter and the
  North East quarter of the South East quarter of
Section No 33. The North West quarter and the West
half of the South west quarter of section No 34 of
Township seven (7) South of Range Eighteen (No 18) East
containing in all seven hundred and Sixty acres
more or less and all except Lot No2 in Section
twenty seven and Lots No one & two in Section thirty
four lying and being in the George Atkinson Grant
    To have and to hold the same to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple and the said party of the
first part doth hereby for themselves their heirs
Executors and administrator covenant to and with
the said party of the second part their heirs and
assigns that they will warrant and defend the
Same forever to the said party of the second part
against the claims of any and all persons What-
soever.
