& by these presents do grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey & confirm unto the said party of the
second part and to her heirs and assigns forever all
that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the County of Putnam and State of Florida

(46 68/100) forty six & sixty eight one hundredths also lots No 5 & 6
five and six of section No (18) Eighteen Township (9) nine
south of Range No (23) twenty thee East containing (60 23/100
acres) sixty and twenty three hundredths more or less whole
three lots containing (106 91/100) one hundred & six ninety one
acres more or less together with all & singular the tenements
hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining & the reversion & reversions rem=
ainder & remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interests dower & right of dower
property posession claim & demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said parties of the first part
of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the apperrtenances To have & to hold the above granted
bargained & described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns to her and their own proper use and
benefit, & behoof forever And the said Charles C. Seyle
for himself his heirs executors & administrators doth
covenant grant and agree to and with the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns that the
said Charles C. Seyle at the time of the sealing and
delivery of these presents was lawfully seized in his
own right of a good absolute indefeasible estate of
inheritance in fee simple of and in all and singular
the above granted and described premises with the
appurtenances and has good right full power and
lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the
same in manner aforesaid and that the said party
of the second her heirs and assigns shall and may at
all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold
use occupy posess and enjoy the above granted prem=
ises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurten=
ances without any let suit trouble molestation eviction
or disturbance of the said parties of the first part their
heirs or assigns or of any other person or persons lawfully
claiming or to claim the same and that the same now
are free clear discharged and unincumbrered of and
from all former and other grants titles charges estates
